Meet the Creator, Madeleine Belanger
Madeleine is an artist/illustrator living in North Vancouver B.C. She is passionate about animal rescue, story telling and design; all of these things came together to create Considerate Cat Tarot.
Since the beginning of 2017 Madeleine has fostered 11 cats through Vancouver Orphan Rescue Kitten Association, a no kill and volunteer run shelter, where 5% of proceeds from Considerate Cat Tarot decks will go to support. She has also worked as a volunteer foster coordinator and often am around to help out the Cat Care team.
