This is a boxed set of two decks (72 cards each, 144 total) to use for EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Chakra, or healing work. These cards were created as a self-help tool for individuals who are looking for a replacement or complement to muscle-testing (with Emotional Freedom Technique). A small manual is included on how to use the cards.
The first deck focuses on detecting blocks to healing or progress (in general or with using EFT). Some cards indicate energy toxins, dehydration, nutrition issues, energetic issues, karmic issues, homolateral energy, and basic blocks to healing. There are cards such as "Blocks are clear" and "Main issue" to let you know when an issue is clear of blocks. The cards are color-coded so they can also be used to combine EFT with chakra work.
Note: There are repeat cards so that they can be easily drawn more than once if a block hasn't cleared yet (using EFT). The booklet doesn't include instructions on how to perform EFT, though you can find demonstration videos by doing a Youtube search for "EFT Demonstration."
The second deck can be used to identify trapped emotions and memories that need to be cleared or processed. The cards are separated into groups based on meridians/organs. There are timing/origin features that can be used from flipping the cards and using them in their reversed position.
For example, an emotion can be from the womb, past life, first 10 years, last 10 years, first 1/2 of life, last 1/2 of life, taken on from others, taken on from the collective, in connection with mother/female, or father/male.
These cards originated due to clients describing how they wished there was an easier method than muscle testing to test for blocks with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). The idea was for clients to have a tool where they wouldn’t feel dependent upon a practitioner to help them detect what issues or blocks they need to work with.

Meet the Creator, Mandy Peterson
Mystic Mandy (aka Mandy Peterson) is a psychic visionary, empath and EFT practitioner. She is also the author of the book I Am the Lotusm, Not the Muddy Pond: Achieving Peace Through Non-Conformity, and a regular columnist for Bellesprit Magazine and Om Times.
In the past, she hosted her own psychic radio show on CBS Sky Radio called Voice of Empowerment. As an artist and graphic designer, she also designed the covers for Bellesprit and Shesique Magazine.
